Dad died peacefully in the arms of his loving wife at 1:30pm this afternoon. 
To allow for MIL's knee surgery to go ahead, and my tube shortening surgery to happen (no erosion was shown on the scope), FIL will be embalmed and the funeral will be held in about 2 weeks.
His suffering is over.
